Peaceful Mind

It's been 3 days since I moved to the client's site.. and my mind is so peaceful already. The jam is the main problem in KL, and thank god I can avoid that, parking is another hassle which also can be avoided.. but the most relieved thing is that the boss here is really cool, informative and brings no headache.. Good thing I can work under her and as much as possible try to adopt her way of management style.. Hope for the better to come in the future.. heheh!

The Dragon Fruit Farm..

Sunday, sending mom in the afternoon to KLIA.. and later drove to Bagan Lalang for a break.. stopped by one of a very clean Dragon Fruit Farm along the way to Bagan Lalang, and tasted a very nice and sweet Dragon Fruit, the best I've ever tasted so far.. It's so good that I kept asking for more and more fruits to be cut.. and wallap on the spot too.. Many sizes with many price range too.. I just got myself a small and cute fruits, but really tasty and sweet.. yummy!Visited their farm which really impressed me to see how tidy and clean their farms are.. they really took care of the farm.. and the nice uncle also gave us a brief intro of Dragon Fruit, the flowers, the care of the plant, and the fruit.. and also gave me a very nice Lotus tree from their drain... so nice la those family... really appreciate it... to those who wanted to buy good Dragon Fruit, you can try to get it from this uncle's farm.. really worth the buy..

Makan2 @ Sate Samuri Kajang

It's been ages since I went out with my nephews and nieces.. and it's my mom's idea to go out on her treat to Sate Samuri Kajang with them all..The kids were soooo excited and out of world to finally go out and dine outside after quite a while, and the joy and happiness can clearly be seen from their smile and laughs...We all ordered Chicken and Beef Sate, and the kids seem to love it so much.. The whole building is occupied by Sate Samuri now, and I'm quite impressed with their antique stuff they have for display.. very hectic and full, but still a nice ambiance for families to dine in.. keep up the good work guys..

Mila's Birthday

It's my cousin, Mila's birthday, and since my aunt invited me to a small gathering to celebrate her birthday.. she's already 6 this year.. and I sponsored the cake and ice cream for the birthday..One can see how excited and happy from the look of the face.. and out of the excitement, she kept bragging about her birthday over and over again .. Happy Birthday.. Mila!

Off to Project Site

I just got a short notice that I hafta be transferred to another project on ad-hoc basis next Monday, due to the nature of the project and the importance of me being there were highlighted a few times already.. so I'm just finishing all my pending works and hand over to the next person in charge.. It's hard to say goodbye to the current team, but looking from the positive side, it's a fresh new start for me to move on and be happy about it.. and try to do the best in my next project.. so goodbye KL jam.. PJ.. here I come.. hehehehe!

The Jammed Road

It was Thursday afternoon when the road in Bangsar was suddenly extraordinarily jammed up with piles of cars.. and as I wonder why.. I saw this..That explained the jammed up road.. there's a drama filming in the middle of the afternoon break time.. and it caused quite a massive jam of the Bangsar Road.. Crazy!!!

Eye Catching Car

Saw this car on my way to the office.. rather bold to match the white with pink.. makes me smile all the way and wonder who the owner might be.. looking at the accessories, I assume it may be a guy's car.. Cool and bold..

Many Views of KLCC

I've always like to take photos of KLCC on the way to and back from the office.. simply because the view is sooooooo marvelous and so beautiful...what more can I say.. although my camera is so bad, but still the view it captured of KLCC is still outstanding.. simply wowww! the almost dark view.. and the nite view...

Stress...

Too many things happened this week, which is too personal to be written here.. I'm just that close from being hospitalized myself with the never ending problems.. but come to think of it, I hafta be strong and be forceful enough so that I can go on.. for now, I'm just putting my gear to 'cruise' mode and go with the flow.. hoping that all will be settled soon..

Passport Renewal

It's high time for me to renew my passport, and out of limited time I have, I went early in the morning to the Damansara's branch to renew my passport.. the registration and payment time is quite quick and efficient, but when it comes to the collection time, the queue was sooooooooo long and there were only 2 officers in charge to handle the collection.. waited for 2 hours for me to get my freaking passport.. long wait.. tiring and boring office.. they really hafta do something to upgrade and shorten the collection waiting time as they did to the registration counters.. get it done quick, guys..

Makan2 @ AlMarjan Cafe

It's the farewell lunch for our fellow friend that is leaving us.. as today is the last day.. we all decided to go for a quick lunch at AlMarjan Cafe @ KLCC. They have a buffet lunch.. and we all opt for it.. all the food served there were marvelous.. loads of lamb and biryani, and free flow drinks and fruits and desserts.. heaven man! at only RM50 per head.. really a good deal..

Pistachio..

Puan Sri just got back from Iran and brought us loads of mixed nuts and Pistachio nuts.. and as we chat while eating nuts, a friend burst a question.. how does a pistachio tree looks like? I too really have no idea how it looks like.. and suddenly everyone browsed thru Google to find out about it.. and wallaa.. this is how Pistachio looks like on the tree.. At least now I know.. and it's also a good info for others kan.. heheh!

The Hazey Day

I was on my way to work on Thursday morning.. when I realized that I could hardly see KLCC and KL Tower from Putrajaya Highway like it used to be.. The haze is getting worst day by day.. added with no rain worsen the situation.. It's really bad.. and I do hope that things will get better again soon..

The Dining Table

Did anybody realize the power of dining table in the house? how much it changed the landscape of the house? and how much it brings to the bonus question -> ur getting married? hahahahahah! Typical...
I got myself a dining table for my house.. and it totally changed my house to a family house, more proper and more homey..At first I didn't realize about it, but after some time, it occur to me that my space doesn't look like a bachelor's house already..
And what surprised me was the bonus question i got.. whatever the theory of having the dining table and getting married, i can never understand.. Is that a sign for me to get married soon? I also don't know... hahahahah!

The Abolished Toll

I don't know whether many knows or not, but the Sg Besi Toll that used to be in Kuchai Lama area is now gone.. and so does one side of Sunway toll in Kg Medan, PJ.. What puzzled me is that there are no hoo-haa about this as it normally does.. The road that I used to pay toll before is not clear without any toll booth at all.. I think it's good that those tolls were abolished so it would ease us the burden of the people i this time of economic situation..

Every Cloud has it’s silver liner.. it’s true..

I’m just so touched away to watch the amazing formation of clouds in the evening.. and throughout the journey back to KL, there are many formation of beautiful clouds at the background of the nature’s landscape.. so peaceful.. thanking god for his wonderful creation.. breathtaking!

Blackie’s Care Day

Blackie has reached her one year plus of age with me.. and I hardly pamper her since I last have her last year.. so, out of the blue, I figured that I need to treat her good.. and today she’s gonna have her manicure, pedicure, facial.. whatever name it is.. and that means my ringgit wil be flying soon.. heheh!First, the front light bulb, change it to a better one.. and good.. she’s now with a new headlight..Second, the door visor, simple and nice, and it fitted Blackie real well.. slick!Last, tinted, real dark one with about 65% heat resistance.. cool one! and I like it so much.. so now Blackie has more reasons to slide thru the road more proud and confident.. I likeeeee..

Movies => Transformers

Went to watch Transformers at the latest The Signature Theatre @ The Gardens, Midvalley, courtesy of a friend who can't make it to the movies.. hahah.. thanks..
The place is really cool with double seating each.. really comfortable seating with a rental blanket at RM5 each.. cool..The movie is also awesome I unconsciously dropped my jaw during fight.. so marvelously crafted at a very detailed level for a film.. tabik spring 10 kali laaa..
Overall a good movie and totally recommended..

The Doctor's Checkup and Festival Candat Sotong

Went back to Ganu over the weekend.. hafta run back for a periodical checking of my broken arm.. so this is a chance for me to visit my parents there too..
The good news is my broken arm is going through a speedy recovery.. and I have a choice whether to take it off or just leave it there.. That's for me to think later laa..
Anyway, after a long day at the hospital, went to tour KT's town only to find out that there's a Karnival Mencandat Sotong (Squid's Catching Carnival) at Taman Syahbandar, near the edge of Terengganu River.. It looks so majestic at the edge of Taman Shahbandar with thousands of neon lights shining the night of Dataran Shahbandar..There's a concert with unknown singers.. and not so many people around.. lots of stalls selling local stuff.. and a theme park set with huge ferris wheel and many more games.. cool! I walked thru the carnival and went back shortly after that..

Lunch @ Rasa Sayang Restaurant

Lunch is pretty much a time to look forward.. some can even drive far to hunt for a nice food.. so out of the blues, my colleague asked us to walk a bit far to Rasa Sayang Restaurant to try the food there.. They have an affordable lunch set with quite a few varieties, and we all opt for biryanis, one for vege biryani, another lamb biryani and chicken biryani..
which came with orange juice.. check it out.. mmg sedapp! And the 3 Layer Ice Tea is to die for.. simply irresistable..The place is cosy.. and totally recommended for all to chill out and try out the food..
